All Zontec ozone generators are covered by a full 2-year warranty from date of purchase. Replacement of consumable items found in the cleaning and maintenance kits is considered reasonable maintenance of the instrument and is not covered by warranty. Warranty covers all shipping costs associated with sending unit for repair and subsequent return to customer.
Service after Warranty Expiration
Technical and troubleshooting help is always available by calling 1-800-474-0105 during business hours. Often, issues can be diagnosed over the phone and repaired by the customer upon receipt of the required parts. For more involved repairs or system overhauls, return systems for Zontec factory service. Upon warranty expiration, repair parts and shipping costs associated with repair are no longer covered.
Once a unit has been returned for repair, Zontec will diagnose any issues with the unit and contact the customer to provide an itemized cost of repair parts needed. Once repair has been authorized, the customer will only be charged for the price of the parts used and the return shipping. Diagnosis and labor are free for all original owners. Labor costs may be incurred by customers who purchased used Zontec equipment elsewhere, but we’re always still happy to get your system back up and running.
Most repairs are completed within 1-2 business days.
Zontec accepts return of all parts and units for 30 days after purchase date. Full refund or replacement is offered for return of unused units or parts for which there is a defect or error on the part of Zontec (e.g. wrong part received, etc.). Returned ozone generators not falling under the defect or error categories will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and must be returned at customer expense. Parts will be refunded at 100% invoiced amount less shipping. All due funds will be returned to the customer upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise by Zontec.
Orders are shipped same day if received before 3 pm EST. Orders received after this time ship next day. All Zontec goods are subject to shipping cost. Shipping is provided through UPS. UPS ground is standard, but expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Sales tax is assessed as applicable. Zontec accepts all major credit cards. Commercial customers wishing to obtain terms for payment may do so by contacting us at 1-800-474-0105. Shipment of goods will be made after payment processing or establishment of terms. Failure to submit correct shipping or payment information will result in shipping delays until the issue is resolved.
Zontec provides free replacement of any units or parts incurring shipping damage. Shipping of replacement units/parts will be at the expense of Zontec.
